HR & Operations Management

From my experience as both a Board and staff member, I am highly attuned to the actual capacities and needs of nonprofits and works with leaders to create systems and plans that work for both the goals of the organization and the people who will need to execute them. I will help you create human resources and operational systems and structures and work with you to get organizational buy-in on the new processes. This can include employee handbooks, benefits and payroll systems, compliance tracking and other data management.


Facilitation

Do you need an external voice to help understand your organizational culture and/or practices and where and how it needs to shift? I facilitate both one-on-one and small group meetings to help identify organizational concerns and potential solutions, as well as strategic and programmatic planning. All participants are given equal standing and meetings are confidential unless consent is given by the parties.


Leadership Coaching

Do you need help thinking through the challenges your organization is facing? I will work one-on-one with senior leadership to create and execute strategies around: Board management, organizational growth, prioritization of goals, delegation of roles and responsibilities and avoiding burnout.
